My husband and I were guests at the Pine Ridge cabin near Sevierville , TN for 10 days. We were thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and concern for guests ‘ comfort shown by this management company as evidenced by their immediate response to our needs and requests. No issue, no matter how trivial, was ignored We ran out of firewood and it was refilled the next day in copious amounts. Our TV had some minor issues and BOOM! - the expert had it fixed in no time! WiFi issues? Adam had that covered too! The cabin itself was cozy and very private - with tall trees, flowers and a great separation from neighboring sites. There was abundant birdsong, wild turkeys, frequent deer and 2 raccoons. No bears-PTL!!ð¥¹. The pool table in the loft was a welcome diversion on the rainy days which favor this region in the spring and we thoroughly enjoyed the free tickets included to the area shows and attractions (one free adult admission mostly). My personal favorites were the Comedy Barn and the Titanic Museum My husband and I reveled in the peace that permeated this cabin especially in the morning- the mist, the privacy in the hot tub, and- lest I repeat- THE ABUNDANCE OF BIRDSONG!! Janessa and Adam even allowed an early checkin and were so easy to deal with. They have really nailed Appalachian hospitality. Plentiful supplies and clear communications added to our favorable impressions and comfort level as newbie cabin renters. SO THANKS EVER SO MUCH MOUNTAIN COMFORT CABINS!ðâ¤ï¸We had a stay to be remembered and hope to be back one day, but if not we would refer y’all to our family members and friends in a heartbeat! My husband and I stayed at Pine Ridge, check in was at 4pm but the cleaners was still there when we got there at 4pm so we had to wait about an hour before they was done cleaning the cabin. They did a great job! I truly was slightly disappointed that after an 8 hour drive I had to wait longer, but we hung outside and waited. Happy to be here! The remote to the TV in the bedroom did not work and the one upstairs was low battery. The chalk to the pool table was about gone, and the well water smell is my only complaint. Overall I truly enjoyed being here for our anniversary ð hated to leave the beautiful location.Amanda Bettino – 01/04/2024
Awesome cabin and location. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed all the amenities. Hot tub every night. Played pool, camp fires, grilled out. It stormed one night and we sat on the porch and enjoyed the show. Plenty of firewood around and there was also some charcoal and lighter for the grill. For those that are fans, there is dish and wifi plus a ton of DVDs in the house. Just an FYI, the top of the coffee table lifts up so you can eat there if you like. We were also able to work some puzzles on the coffee table and left a couple of our own.David – 04/09/2022

Lovely cabin … had all the basic amenities and then some … very friendly raccoon who likes to visit when you are cooking out and have a fire ,secluded , hot tub was great. Pool table was definitely a plus . Worth the money!Saisha – 03/28/2022
My family and I decided last minute to stop in Tennessee for a few nights while on vacation. Luckily we found this cabin and booked it the day before we arrived! Everything was perfect and so relaxing. We have a 10 month old and everything was great for him as well!Kiersten – 03/24/2022
