Rented this cabin off expedia at the last minute when my son asked for a getting for his 18th birthday. I had so many issues with expedia and other 3rd party apps that got involved in almost wanted to cancel. I contacted the owners of the cabin and they was so helpful in making sure that the extra money i was charged by expedia was refunded and that we also never lost the reservation for the cabin. Now when we got to the cabin it was juat as the pictures. The cabin was clean and cozy. The game room and living room was all set up to watch TV. The hot tub was cleaned and ready to go upon arrival. The fridge was cold and the master bedroom and bath was amazing. I had 5 18yr old boys with me and they never complained of being cramp or bored. They play pool and darts. They enjoyed the fire pit also. The cabin came with some tickets to attractions which was a short ride to enjoy. Less then 15 mins. It was the perfect mix of being close to the city limits but far enough away in the cabin to still feel like a getaway in the mountains. They also provided some stuff to cook with so that made it convenient for some meals. Overall I would definitely recommend this to family and friends who was looking to getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Imperial Hideaway! There was plenty of space for a family of eight. The private bathroom was especially impressive and updated. The kids’ bedroom was awesome and perfect for our four young boys. They didn’t want to leave! The extra large game room with the pool table and two tv screens was a huge bonus. Super close to all activities and attractions. We hope to visit again in the future!

The cabin (Imperial Hideaway) was beautifully decorated, spacious, and is located in a great spot. It is both out of the way of the hustle and bustle, yet still close to major attractions. The gameroom was a huge win for our family! The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend a stay here!

We loved staying at Imperial Hideaway! Has everything you need for a quiet, peaceful retreat! Beds are comfortable, master bathroom is beautifully done and big, and house has lots of room!!! TV’s in every room!! Has about everything you need! No mountains to drive up either!!

Imperial Hideaway was an amazing place to stay during our week in the Smoky Mountains. Cozy, clean, comfortable and super inviting, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The game room was a great addition for the evenings we didn’t want to be out in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Jenessa was a great host, promptly responding to any and all questions I messaged her. Everything was just as pictured but so much better!! The game room definitely was my family’s favorite!! Enjoyed seeing a bunny and turkey family during our stay. We had everything that was needed for our week. It was a nice peaceful escape between baseball games and enjoying the fun around the area. Very appreciative of the thoughtfulness put into this cabin! Will definitely book with this host again in the future!

Loved the house and location. Close to Dollywood & The Island without a crowded neighborhood. Communication with the owners was excellent. Check-in was easy. House was clean and lots of space. Loved the amenities.

We had a great time!! The house was plenty big enough for 8 grown adults and the game room was amazing. My teenage boys didn’t want to leave that room. My only warning is there isn’t much in the kitchen so if you plan on cooking, you need to bring your stuff from home. But everything else was 10 out of 10!!!

On arrival this cabin was very clean with enough towels for the 4 of us that stayed. The bunk bed room was cute for the kids. The first night the one smoke detector was dying and kept chirping and we reached out to have the battery changed and it was done the very next day. We even were able to check in a little earlier after driving with two kids since 2:30 am. Would recommend to everyone and will be back!

We stayed at Imperial Hideaway and loved every second of it. The home itself was decorated amazingly and had so much fun activites for the kids. They loved the bunk room and the game room. We wish we had a longer stay so we could have spent more time there as our 3 days were spent out and about. Hopefully next time. All interactions with the property management company were great! They responded quickly and also had very reasonable rates without a ton of fees. Thank you again!
