For a first time experience not only over here on this side of Tennessee, but a cabin experience, 10/10!! We booked a cabin for a few nights away from home to celebrate our anniversary and we loved everything about it! From the location, how clean the cabin was, and everything else in between. The place was real nice, perfect for couples. It was very clean, and when we arrived, the house was already warmed up and so was the hot tub which we appreciated. It’s a small cabin, almost like a studio apartment but my wife and I stayed there for our anniversary and it was just perfect very cozy and we liked all of the bear fixtures.

Payton went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We had an issue with our washer and they come out promptly to fix it and also brought us extra bath towels. The stay was nothing less than excellent and i would recommend for anyone coming to the area. They communicate very well thought out the whole process of booking and keeping us informed down to the last minute before we checked in

The communication was great. Cabin offers everything you need. It was very clean and just enough space for a couple or small family. Alexa was nice to play music on. The mattress in the bedroom is EXTRA firm however, it is tolerable for a good night's sleep. 😴

The cabin was very clean, stocked with any basics you would need, everything was very accommodating! It was nice to just turn a dial for the fireplace (I was a bit nervous to figure out how to start it before I noticed it). Jenessa and Adam were wonderful with checking in and prompt with responding when I had a question. BOOK WITH THEM! my first cabin rental experience and now I don't want to trust another company because they were so good! Thank ya'll!

Me and my wife spent a long weekend at the Pine Ridge cabin in Sevierville, TN ! We absolutely loved the hot tub & the game room! We got to enjoy watching the Super Bowl on the cable that was provided upstairs in the spacious loft area! The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to make at home meals, minus the food of course lol. The one bedroom was very cozy & had an extreme amount of pillows & extra blankets which came in handy once the sun went down! The cabin sits on a hill and has a neighbor within site, but the trees between the cabins made it secluded enough to where you didn’t have to worry about any peepers! Overall, the cabin was great and so was the communication from Mountain Comfort Cabin Rentals! They went above and beyond to make our Anniversary trip a great one! I will 100% stay here again! And continue to recommend you guys to another’s 😊

I have been to this cabin a number of times over the years. It is consistently one of my favorite stays. The owner is extremely responsive and professional. You wake up to impeccable views in a cabin with all the amenities you could ever need. It is less than 10 mins to downtown. All the privacy you want, but you aren’t secluded or completely alone. An awesome getaway. Every time
