We stayed at the Artisan Retreat. Accurate description of amenities, easy check-in and prime location for being close to downtown Gatlinburg and not much farther for Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay here again in the near future as we come to Gatlinburg about every 2 years or so. There were no issues during our stay and the home was clean. Overall we enjoyed our experience staying here. A few things I would recommend to make the stay even better in the future: blackout curtains for the bedroom due to a lot of light coming in from traffic lights at night, adding blinds to the window behind the bed as that was the only window that didn’t have any, substituting out the fake grass/turf for something that doesn’t hold odors due to the outside common area stinking each time after it rained. Also, we loved the dual shower heads however, there didn’t seem to be enough water pressure to run them both at the same time unfortunately.Courtney Reed – 05/31/2025
