Smoky Mountain Dreams is a beautifully crafted, two story, two bedroom, two bath log cabin, located in a peaceful Alpine Mountain Village...but is just minutes away from all the entertainment that Pigeon Forge has to offer!
Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on a rocking chair on the front or back deck or soak your cares away in the six-person hot tub. Bring your computer and use your smartphones with our new powerful Fiber Internet.
An open concept living space features a fully-equipped kitchen with an attached laundry for your convenience. There is a table in the dining room plenty of seating when enjoying meals. Enjoy the warm gas fireplace in the living room. The living room has a new big screen television outfitted with cable service, a DVD player.
The downstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a two-person Jacuzzi tub to enjoy. The attached bathroom has a two-person stand up shower. The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen television with cable service and DVD player.
The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom as well. The bathroom features a two-person tub with shower. This bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen television with cable service and DVD player.
The loft features a bunk bed, Futon, TV, and plenty of space to play.
The resort, Alpine Mountain Village, has 2 outdoor pools to enjoy in the summer time. Pool season opens for the summer on Memorial Day. Bring your wristband (found in the cabin), a towel, and you'll be good to go!
Alpine Mountain Village also provides walking trails, a playground for children. If a wedding is in your future, there is a small Chapel across from the waterfall providing a romantic setting.
*As with most properties in the Smokys, 4WD is recommended during the winter months and inclement weather.
Shopping is only a mile away! From the Five Oaks Mall and the Scrapbook Super Store (the largest in the USA), to the Christmas Store, to Goats on the Roof and the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts loop, you won’t be lacking for a varied shopping experience.
Dining choices are varied from the chains of Red Lobster and Olive Garden to the local Applewood Farmhouse (featuring apple dishes and fritters) and the Old Mill which has delicious corn chowder with corn fritters. And the newest tourist destination is The Island, a walking plaza with amusements, great shopping and restaurants like Margaritaville and Paula Deens. At the Dixie Stampede – a Dollywood production- you receive a feast plus a show! And Dolly's new Pirates show is fun and exciting too.
The main attraction is the Great Smoky Mountain National Park with its numerous and varied outdoor activities. From short, ranger-led family hikes to long, strenuous day hikes, the park has something for everyone. The Cades Cove area offers horseback riding and a sightseeing loop which is open only to bicycles (which can be rented) on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Perfect family friendly cabin in the woods! It was close to everything & even though you could see other cabins you felt as though you were secluded. We spent most of our days exploring SMNP but the free Xplorie tickets were a huge bonus for the rainy day we had. Great, Centrally Located Cabin This cabin was perfect for our family getaway. Perfect size for two couples with kids/grandkids. It is very close to everything in Pigeon Forge but still secluded enough to give you privacy. The cabin was very clean and modern with great amenities. The only “negative” is the driveway. It’s fairly steep with only one real parking space, so it’s a little difficult if you’ll be using more than one vehicle. But, if you plan on riding together most places, it’s not much of an issue. Perfect for 2 families, 3 minutes to the strip I highly recommend this cabin and these awesome owners! The process was so quick and easy from start to finish. If i had a question or anything, all i did was email and got a response right away. We no issues. If you’re looking for something super super close to town and doing things, this is for you! Pigeon Forge Weekend The property was beautiful and convenient to restaurants and activities. Communication around check in was not quite as expected- as we didn’t get a notification when the cabin was ready, but it was ready on time (we went at 4 as the original booking check in said would be the time). The cabin was clean and well stocked. Only complaint was that there was no privacy as we could hear everything happening throughout the cabin even in the bedroom with the door shut.
